🚚 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services across all major cities and regions within India.
At this time, international shipping is not available, but will be introduced soon.
🕒 2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
📦 3. Delivery Timelines

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
💰 4. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected pin codes and may carry an additional ₹50 fee.
🔎 5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details.
- You can track your order status at any time via our upcoming “Track My Order” page.

- While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to courier-related issues or unforeseen external factors.
